      Nothing helps employees build customer service, customer experience and employee experience abilities better than collaborating with peers and learning from industry professionals.       Women In Leadership Summit

      CSPN’s Annual Women in Leadership Summit is an exclusive in-person or virtual event recognizing women leadership in customer and employee excellence. Leaders are nominated and selected by our diverse panel of judges. A celebratory evening with networking, motivational keynotes and inspirational panelists sets the stage for a night of recognition, celebration, learning and fun.

      Virtual and Public Workshops and Training

      CSPN hosts public training sessions to bring like-minded professionals to learn and grow in a diverse social setting. Our in-person classes are interactive, dynamic and encourage group-based think to apply theory real world business contexts.
