We are celebrating tenacious, impactful, and successful women who work hard everyday to strengthen their brand, their community, and advance the customer experience industry for our Annual Women in Leadership Summit in November. We want to help you give thanks to the women you know who are decision makers, service advocates, leaders, and mentors. Give them a round of applause and let us all appreciate what they do by nominating someone you know today!

CSPN has ensured that giving an inspiring colleague, mentor, or leader in your network recognition and appreciation is fast and easy. To submit a nomination, fill out the form below describing why the nominee should be a recipient of a specific award.

Nomination or Award Questions?

Is there a fee to nominate?

No.  There is no fee to nominate.

Can we nominate ourselves?

Yes, you can nominate yourself, a colleague, or someone you know in other organizations.

How can I nominate a woman leader?

Nominations are now being accepted using our online nomination form.

What is the nomination deadline?

All completed nomination packages must be completed via the online nomination form no later than October 31, 2024.

Who can be nominated?

Please refer to the guidelines and descriptions for each award category.  View the categories.

How many award categories may I select?

You may nominate as many award categories as you see best represents the nominee. The judges will make the final selection based on the criterias of all the nominees.

Who selects the award winners?

Submissions are reviewed by a panel of judges comprising of leading industry experts in customer service and women in leadership.

When will the winners be announced?

Winners are announced on November 27, 2024.

What is the dress code for the event?

Feel free to dress up for this live virtual summit in your best business dress or cocktail attire.

Can I purchase a team of 10 or 20?

Yes!  If you are bringing a team, please refer to the rates in the section above for team rates.

Do award winners receive a certificate?

Winners will receive a digital certificate and mentions on our website.

Will nominees be contacted?

Nominees will be notified by CSPN of their nominations.  All nominees are encouraged to attend the event.

Do nominees need to register?

Yes, nominees can register along with their colleagues and team.  Make this event a memorable team event!

Do I have to be a member to participate in events?

You don’t have to be a member to participate; however, you will not receive member discounts and other member benefits.

Cancellation Policy

CSPN understands that schedules can change and despite a registrant’s best intentions they may not be able to attend an event. If a registrant is unable to attend the event an alternate delegate from the registrant’s company is welcome to attend in their place. If a substitute cannot be found, CSPN will accept cancellations and issue refunds under the following conditions:

Cancellation Deadlines

No later than 10 business days prior to the date of the event.

Policies

If CSPN cancels an event for any reason, all registration fees will be fully refunded. Registration fees will be fully refunded minus administrative fees ($100) if the registrant cancels more than 10 business days prior to the date of the event. No refunds will be provided if the registrant cancels after the cancellation deadline or is a “no-show” at the event. Refunds will not be issued to registration cancellations made after the cancellation deadline (less than 10 business days prior to the date of the event) or if a registrant is a ‘no-show’ at the event. If the registrant cancels within 10 business days of event, the registrant may choose to either:

  • Have a substitute registrant attend
  • Apply the full registration amount as a credit towards the registration for a different event offered by CSPN within 12 months from the date of the original event.?

Note: CSPN has the right to cancel, change or reschedule its event and/or venues due to unforeseen circumstances. If a cancellation occurs, CSPN will refund all payments that have been made for that event.

Can we nominate ourselves or individuals again?

You certainly can! There are no restrictions on the number of times you nominate an individual, even if they won previously.

Award Categories

Acknowledges a leader whose efforts have made a substantial positive impact on her community or society at large. The Community Impact Award will be judged on the nominee’s impact and outcomes, including the reach, measurable results, and long-term effects of their contributions to the community. Additionally, innovation and leadership will be assessed, focusing on their creativity in addressing community issues and ability to inspire and lead others to drive positive change. Finally, the award will consider the nominee’s promotion of inclusivity and adherence to ethical standards, particularly their support for marginalized groups and responsible conduct in their community work.

This leader prioritizes customer engagement and ensures their team provides an excellent experience throughout the customer journey. They have significantly improved their team’s capabilities and customer engagement, supporting and encouraging a daily focus on customer-centricity. In their managerial role, they directly engage with customers to drive success. The Customer Experience Leader Award will be judged on the nominee’s impact on enhancing the overall customer experience, including their role in implementing strategies that significantly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, their innovation and approach will be assessed, focusing on creative solutions and effective practices that elevate the customer journey. Finally, the award will consider the nominee’s leadership and influence, looking at how they inspire their team to prioritize and deliver exceptional customer service and continuously drive improvements.

The Emerging Leader Award will be judged on the nominee’s demonstrated potential for future leadership, including their impact and achievements in their current role. Additionally, their commitment to personal and professional growth will be assessed, focusing on their proactive development and ability to overcome challenges. Finally, the award will consider the nominee’s leadership qualities and influence, looking at how they inspire and motivate others, and their readiness to take on greater responsibilities and drive positive change.

The Employee Experience Leadership Award will be judged on the nominee’s impact on employee engagement and satisfaction, including initiatives that have measurably improved workplace culture and morale. Additionally, their innovation and leadership will be assessed, focusing on creative strategies and programs that enhance the overall employee experience. Finally, the award will consider the nominee’s ability to inspire and empower their team, fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment that drives both personal and professional growth.

This award honors an Indigenous woman who has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication to empowering Indigenous communities. It recognizes her contributions to preserving and promoting Indigenous culture, advocating for the rights and well-being of Indigenous peoples, and inspiring future generations through her impactful work. The Indigenous Leadership and Empowerment Award will be judged on the nominee’s impact on Indigenous communities, including their efforts to drive positive change and empowerment. Additionally, their commitment to preserving and promoting Indigenous culture and values will be assessed, focusing on initiatives that support cultural heritage and community well-being. Finally, the award will consider the nominee’s leadership and influence, looking at how they inspire and mentor others within the Indigenous community, fostering growth and advancement.

This individual inspires their team and people to reach great heights of performance and success. They drive vision, exudes positivity, and communicates effectively to create an encouraging environment of collaboration, team excellence, and ideation. The Inspirational Leader Award will be judged on the nominee’s impact and influence, including their ability to inspire and motivate others through their vision and actions. Additionally, their leadership and integrity will be assessed, focusing on their ability to lead by example, uphold strong ethical standards, and foster a positive and inclusive environment. Finally, the award will consider the nominee’s achievements and legacy, looking at their contributions to their organization or community and the lasting impact of their efforts.

This award celebrates a leader who champions continued learning and development within their organization. They inspire a culture of growth, driving initiatives that enhance skills and knowledge. Their dedication to professional development has significantly impacted their team’s performance and career progression. The Learning Excellence Award will be judged on the nominee’s impact on professional development, including initiatives that have significantly enhanced skills and knowledge within the organization.
