Her final research project focuses on the topics of solitude and proactive behaviors in the workplace. Her education and training in Organizational Psychology deals with various areas of expertise that bring an organization's human capital to the forefront.
Arijit Bhattacharya Instructional Designer Arijit is a creative Learning and Development professional with 10 years of experience ranging from design, development, delivery, to strategy & analysis. His range of Instructional Design experience is complemented by the variety of learning solutions he's created, all focused on performance objectives.
