At 1PM EST, CSPN CX Consultant, Zahara Foyston, will host an insightful conversation with Tara Wilson, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Diversity Officer at Zūm Rails focused on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, advocacy, and its significance in enhancing self-confidence, navigating difficult conversations, and negotiation.

This virtual event will align with the 2023 International Women’s Day theme of #EmbraceEquity to celebrate women’s achievement, raise awareness about discrimination, and take action to drive gender parity.

About the Speaker

Judith Paterson, Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist

Judith came into this profession in an unusual way. She spent a large portion of her career in a business setting leading departments and project teams. She started her business career as a customer service representative and ended as the leader of continuous improvement for a global manufacturing company. And she learned something important – most problems are solved by empowering, engaging, and appreciating the people involved.

Judith went on to pursue a second career in mental wellness. She is a registered social worker and psychotherapist and enjoy working together with clients to explore solutions to life’s challenges. She draws upon the wisdom of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Applied Mindfulness, and years of working as a professional problem-solver.

Judith never cease to be amazed by how small conversations can lead to big changes.

Tara Wilson – Chief Operating Officer, Chief Diversity Officer, Zūm Rails

Tara Wilson is an accomplished business executive with 20 years of experience achieving overall excellence in the Technology and Fintech industries, while delivering superior results based on emerging methods within the payments sector and digital marketing space.

Beginning her career in Data Entry, Tara is presently the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Diversity Officer at Zūm Rails using her subject matter expertise and years of experience to implement operational excellence to build strong scalable solutions to support the rapid growth Zūm Rails has experienced in its over two years of business. Tara also oversees the company’s commitment to introducing and building a foundation to support evolving practices focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.

Tara’s previous role was Chief Operating Officer of Income Access and was responsible for all aspects of the operations that provided innovative technology solutions enabling over 350 businesses in the iGaming, Lottery and Forex sectors to manage their performance marketing programs and much more.

Jenelle McCulloch is a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology candidate. Her final research project focuses on the topics of solitude and proactive behaviors in the workplace. With a background in Marketing and Human Resources, Zahara leverages her passion and focus on Customer Experience and Employee Experience as a Consultant at CSPN.
