Miele University – Formalized Training Program for all Customer-Facing Employees

CSPN, in conjunction with Miele Canada, is proud to announce Miele University! The program is an inclusive talent experience helping employees reach their full potential to better serve customers. This training journey was created by CSPN exclusively for Miele Ambassadors, Technicians and Customer Service Representatives.

Miele University empowers employees with the tools, techniques, and effective customer service skills required in today’s demanding work environment. The professional development courses at Miele University are designed and delivered by CSPN, and certified and accredited by a global governing body – CCPC Global to ensure quality, content, and engaging delivery.

With executive support and drive, Miele University originated from the desire to create a formalized training plan for employees to ensure they acquire the skills they need to be successful. Sequential training, aligned with organizational objectives will ensure that all Miele employees deliver customer service to Miele standards.Miele is honoured to announce Paula Serpa, the first CSR to finish Level 1 & 2 of Miele University! She has hit the first milestone within her training journey and achieved the Certified Client Service Specialist (CCSS©). Congratulations!
