No, there is no fee to nominate.
Who can be nominated?

How can I nominate a team or organization?
Nominations are now being accepted using our online nomination form above or you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can we nominate our team or organization again?
You certainly can! There are no restrictions on the number of times you nominate a team or organization, even if they won previously.
How many award categories may I select?
You may nominate as many award categories as you see best represents the team or organization.
What is the nomination deadline?
All completed nomination submissions and supporting documents must be submitted online or emailed to email@example.com no later than August 10, 2020.
Can we nominate ourselves?
Yes, you can nominate yourself, a colleague, or someone you know in other organizations.
When will the winners be announced?
Winners are announced at the conference.
Will nominees be contacted?
Nominees will be notified by CSPN of their nominations. All nominees are encouraged to attend the event.
Do award winners receive a certificate?
Winners will receive a digital certificate.
Do nominees need to register?
Yes, nominees can register along with their colleagues and team. Make this event a memorable team event!
Do I have to be a member to participate in events?
You don’t have to be a member to participate; however, you will not receive member discounts and other member benefits.
Once all nominations have been received by August 10, 2020, we will be in touch with you and your organization to provide an update on whether your nomination for the team have been short-listed by our panel of judges.
Submissions are reviewed by a panel of judges comprising of leading industry experts in customer service, customer experience, employee experience, technology and contact centre.

Announcement of Finalists: August 17, 2020
Once nominations have closed, your submissions will be reviewed by our panel of judges. If your submission is shortlisted, you will be contacted shortly after.
