I am honoured to be receiving the Emerging Leader Award from CPSN. It is a wonderful surprise to be recognized for doing what I love every day. All the nominees in this category are remarkable, and it’s an honour to be amongst them. I want to thank CSPN for this award, specifically Dolly Konzelmann, for the nomination and Ricoh Canada for supporting my nomination.
I am thankful there are organizations like CSPN who support and highlight Women in Leadership roles and provide us with the opportunity to come together to learn from one another. Women make great leaders.
We have strength, determination, ability to get the job done. We have the innate ability to lift each other. It is important for women to step into a “leader” role, whether or not we hold such a title. Everyone is a leader in their own way.
My wish is for all women to know it is okay to be vulnerable and take the chance to do more and to be more.
Work hard.
Let your voice be heard.
Do not tap out when it gets tough.
Get back up if you fail or fall.
Build relationships.
Connect with everyone.
Be open to all opportunities that present themselves.
Thank you again for the Emerging Leader award. This virtual conference has given me a greater knowledge of what kind of leader I want to become. I am more motivated than ever to work hard to become a great one.

Tamara Stojanovic

Lead Customer Service Representative, Ontario and Western Canada, Greenfield Global

Bio

Like many young professionals venturing into the working world, I had no idea where I wanted to be or what I wanted to do. That said, I have always preferred working in customer facing roles.
My early career path had me work in several customer-centric positions. From greeting clients in person, to interfacing with customers on the phone, I was always in a role that included some form of customer service.
In 2012, I started at Greenfield Global in Office Administration and within three months, was promoted to Customer Service – Ontario and Western Canada Package Sales. In my efforts to improve on the skills I had gained in previous positions, I was searching for courses and seminars to learn new theories and concepts applicable to my customer service role. During that search, a coworker introduced me to CSPN. I quickly received my CCSS in the first graduating class. I went on to receive my CCSP designation and have since taken many other courses and attended seminars which has led to immense personal and professional growth. In February 2019, I was promoted to Lead Customer Service Representative (Ontario & Western Canada).
