Introducing our new brand.

Today we’re excited to launch CSPN’s brand extension – The Experience Advisors. As a firm dedicated to designing and delivering elevated experiences across the EX and CX spectrum, The Experience Advisors will encompass our training and advisory services and complement CSPN’s dedication to its community and member-based initiatives.

With the introduction of The Experience Advisors, the way we present ourselves and our offerings to the market will undergo a refresh with a renewed focus. What won’t change, however, is our team, our services, and our ongoing commitment to our customers.

Why has a new brand been introduced by CSPN?

CSPN is proud to introduce a new brand, The Experience Advisors, as a new division to focus on our advisory and learning offerings. CSPN will remain our Community and Member hub.

Why the change?

This brand extension will shift the focus of CSPN to a simpler, clearer, and stronger Community value proposition. This will encompass CSPN’s Member, Advisory Council and Event based activities.

This new brand extension allows for a refreshed focus on our advisory and learning offerings and our core value proposition, creating elevated experiences for the people that matter across the CX and EX spectrum​.

Will services change?

No, our existing services will not change, but how we present our offerings to the market will shift and be categorized into 5 different experience types. These experiences each focus on a different end-customer, and encompass the tools and methodologies needed to serve these individuals effectively.

Will there be changes to my existing service agreement?

Please note that we will not be undergoing any legal changes as an organization. With the introduction of The Experience Advisors, the way we present ourselves and our offerings to the market will undergo a refresh with a renewed focus, but as this brand will continue to be owned and operated by CSPN, our Service Agreements, contractual agreements, core services, and assigned personnel will remain the same.

Will people or my point of contact change?

No, the existing staffing is not anticipated to change, although we are growing and continuing to onboard talented, kind, and tenacious team members.
