Sevaun Palvetzian

Chief Communications Officer, Rogers Communications

Bio

As Chief Communications Officer, Sevaun leads the communications and corporate social responsibility programs across Rogers multiple platforms, including wireless, cable, business services, TV, radio and sports.
She served for six years as CEO of CivicAction — a leading Toronto-based not-for-profit that boosts civic engagement and builds better cities by unlocking the collective strength of all people and sectors in addressing the most pressing challenges facing society. Previously, Sevaun held senior executive strategy and communications roles within the Ontario Government, which included launching a strategy to attract future generations of leaders which included the award-winning Learn and Work Program for youth facing employment barriers, and leading the project team for Trillium Park — the Toronto waterfront greenspace development. She also held positions at the University of Toronto, the World Bank Group, and Presidential Classroom, a Washington D.C.-based civic education organization.
A voice of influence and advocacy on many urban issues, Sevaun was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women in 2018. She holds an M.A. History, and B.A. (hons) degrees from Western University, and has completed executive programs at the Harvard Business School and Ivey Business School at Western University.
She sits on the boards of NEXT Canada, and the Ivey Business School Leadership Advisory Council.

Corey Atkinson

As VP of Learning & Development for CSPN, Corey has a wealth of experience in leadership, management client service and business development, and focuses on supporting others to realize their objectives ahead of projected target dates. He has a sharp eye for what is required for organizations and individuals to develop their performance edge in business today.
He has coached and trained over 5,000 professionals from all industries and worked with over 200 organizations. A seasoned facilitator, consultant, and certified trainer of Personality Dimensions, he is an avid developer of accelerated learning methodologies and experiences, programs and systems – all designed to turbo-charge learning for rapid development.
Passionate about helping others build skills and strategies, he has delivered many keynote presentations and customized learning solutions for different organizations – for-profit, non-for-profit, private and public. Through his natural ability to connect, Corey proposes countless ways to acquire and use skills to evolve, grow and excel.

Dr. Gail Levitt

Dr. Gail Levitt is an experienced senior instructor with CSPN in the field of leadership and coaching. In addition to having delivered numerous leadership programs in many organizations Gail has also taught leadership programs to colleges and universities, Gail has over fifteen years of practical experience in customer service positions at Nestle, Nabisco, and Hewlett-Packard. Gail has put her training and leadership experience to good use by developing high-impact workshops for busy business professionals at leading organizations.
Gail’s strengths are her on-the-job training combined with her degrees and knowledge related to leadership training and coaching in facilitating self-assessment inventories such as What’s My Style series, Myers-Briggs, FIRO-B, DISC, SDI, BEST, Herman Brain, Parker Team Player Survey, and Birds of Different Feathers, among others. Her knowledge and enthusiasm enable her to inform and inspire her course participants at the same time.

Dr. Gillian Mandich

Keynote Speaker and Happiness Expert

Dr. Mandich has a PhD from Western University in Health Science, specializing in Health Promotion and her primary areas of research are happiness and health. Her work combines the latest research and practical wisdom with an engaging style to help people live happier, healthier lives.
Dr. Mandich is passionate about research. She is the founder of The International Happiness Institute of Health Science Research and is a part of the Meant2Prevent research team at SickKids. She appears regularly in the media on shows such as The Social, Marilyn Denis, Breakfast Television, The Morning Show, and CBC; is a graduate Student Innovation Scholar Program at the Richard Ivey School of Business Pierre L. Morrissette Institute for Entrepreneurship and World Discoveries; the co-lead investigator of The Canadian Happiness At Work Study; and has given two TEDx talks: “The Surprising Truth About Happiness” at TEDx Yorkville, and “The Two Things You Need To Know To Be Happier Today” at TEDx Windsor.
Glain Roberts-McCabe

Glain (pronounced ‘Gline’ like ‘shine’) Roberts-McCabe is the founder and President of The Roundtable, a company that helps leaders navigate change, disruption and growth by building the mindsets and behaviours that matter. The Roundtable is best known for their award-winning group and peer-based coaching and mentoring programs that accelerate change initiatives at individual, team and organizational levels. The Roundtable was awarded a Gold Award by the Canadian Awards for Training Excellence in partnership with PepsiCo Foods Canada for their Roundtable for Leaders peer coaching and mentoring program and has been named Best External Consulting Advisory in Canada at the Canadian HR Awards. In 2018, Glain was awarded one of Canada’s Women Entrepreneurs of the Year. Glain is the author of the Amazon best-selling book ‘The Grassroots Leadership Revolution’ and believes that leadership is a privilege. Jenny Krughkov

Wellness Coach & Public Health Nurse & Speaker

Bio

Jenny Krughkov is a passionate wellness coach and speaker who inspires women to create more calm and balance in their daily lives. After graduating from McMaster University’s BSc of Nursing program, she pursued her passion for health and education at the Hospital for Sick Kids in transplant and pediatric acute care. Her passion for health promotion, community health and leadership led her to 17 years of Public Health Nursing with York Region where she taught students how to reduce stress and create positive mental health through mindful health practices. Her time promoting maternal and child health led her to recognize the benefit for us as busy women to create simple and effective daily habits for abundant wellness and so she passionately dove into helping women through lifestyle coaching, speaking, and holistic wellness education.
When she’s not actively helping women design their own wellness blueprints, she can be found hiking the Niagara escarpment, traveling the globe and connecting with friends around the campfire. Her areas of focus and education include gut-brain health and the microbiome, living authentically, and creating health and happiness through balancing the autonomic nervous system.

Jessica Cryer

Jessica Cryer is a sharp and experienced consultant who has a passion for helping businesses create, build and execute strategies that will make a tangible difference. Now as a Managing Partner  with CSPN, Jessica works with clients to create Learning and Development strategies that educate, empower, and enable employees to excel in their careers. With a desire to promote continuing learning and education, Jessica helps clients build and deliver the right training programs so people can be exceptional at what they do.
Prior to joining CSPN, Jessica worked at Monitor Deloitte leading strategy projects for major Canadian financial institutions. Her passion for customer experience led her to Idea Couture, where she focused on customer experience innovation and transformation. Jessica is driven by the opportunity to conceive and build memorable customer and employee experiences, linking disciplines from Strategy, Human Resources, and Service Design to produce desired business outcomes.

Lilliette Davidson

As a multi-faceted high-performance business leader, Lilliette Davidson has spent 15 years working in wide variety of industries from pharmaceutical, wellness, fitness, retail and manufacturing to medical diagnostics, laboratory sciences and consumer packaged goods. Currently, she is the Vice President, Business Management & Development, at Ontario Pharmacists Association. Before joining OPA, Lilliette was Senior Director of Customer Experience & Inside Sales, at McKesson a $200Bn/78,000 employee company ranked #6 on the Fortune 500.
In addition to her busy corporate life, she is a fly-by-the-sit-of-the-pants mother of 3 amazing kids and a wife to an awesome husband. As a busy woman in leadership, knows there is a need for a great sweaty workout, a great escape to the yoga mat to decompress or just some peace and quiet time to breath, stretch and meditate. Life is hectic! She gets it. This is what led Lilliette to find simple solutions to balance and improve her life through fitness and wellness. This journey started as a young girl where her love of all things sports and athletics, has given her decades of experience in fitness from Olympic-level training in track ‘n’ field (at the University of Toronto) to competitive level participation in team sports like softball and volleyball. She formalized her training knowledge through the YMCA Simcoe Muskoka where she continued her education to become a Certified Group Fitness Instructor in 2010. More recently, Lilliette completed an intensive Christian yoga training program in Tempe, Arizona (YTT-200) and studied Vinyasa yoga with a school in Austin, Texas (YTT-300); She is a registered Yoga Alliance® RYT-500. She’s passionate about inspiring wellness at work through simple strategies that keep us breathing and moving all day. Lilliette earned her MBA at Lansbridge University, and her BA at the University of Toronto.

Sabrina Sdao

Bio

Sabrina Sdao is a leader in Deloitte Canada’s Human Capital practice and a strategist with a focus on well-being and human performance. She has advised some of Canada’s largest organizations on strategy, operations transformation, workplace transformation, organization design, and change management. Sabrina has also advised the not-for-profit sector and worked in the health sector, designing and implementing wellbeing solutions including digital health applications and health coaching.
