How It Works

REGISTER ONLINE

SIgn-up to become a CSPN Mentee online, complete your Mentee Profile, and then sign-up to attend CSPN Mentee Training.

MEET YOUR MENTEE

Our team will assign you to a CSPN Mentor, and send you their profile. You will be contacted by your Mentor for introductions.

BUILD A RELATIONSHIP

Following the introduction, you and your Mentor will work out a regular schedule of mentorship to keep the momentum going.

Connecting with a Mentor that has related industry experience and similar skills and knowledge is the ideal way to grow in your career. Work with a Mentor to establish your career and personal goals, and then work towards achieving them in a structured and well-defined path, as agreed on with your Mentor.

If you would like to find a mentor, the first step is to download and complete our CSPN Mentoring Program Mentee Application Form, which you can access by filling out this form.

STEP 2: FINISH YOUR APPLICATION
After you fill out this form, you will be redirected to a page where you can download the Application Form, which must be completed to finalize the application process.
