Each year, CSPN hosts a number of networking events, which brings together a community of customer service professionals across North America and abroad.
During our Annual CX Conference, attendees get the chance to learn from a variety of companies who are leading the way in customer experience through our many interactive sessions – feature presentations, keynotes, panelists, roundtable discussions, and workshops.
Alongside our conference, we also host a Women in Leadership Event. This event brings together Women Leaders and industry professionals, giving them the opportunity to network, celebrate and learn in style.
Other CSPN industry events including Breakfast Meetings, Golf Tournaments and Discussion Forums, which feature exceptional keynote speakers, and serve as a thought leadership forum to stay up-to-date on the latest customer experience, customer service and industry trends.
