This Mental Wellness session will help participants learn and practice the skills of self-care, presence and grounding. You will learn how to deal with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, depression and bring calm, relaxation and quiet into your experience. Participants attending the session will improve their awareness of thoughts, emotions, impulses and memories to increase their well-being.
