To achieve the second, we help design and deliver highly engaging adult learning. Our courses are dynamic and hyper-relevant to employees for their specific jobs. Our aim is not to churn out PowerPoint slides or track then attendance of learners. Instead, we seek to create remarkable learning experiences that change how people think, behave, and work.

Job Title: Junior Account Coordinator
Position: Summer Intern
Operation: Monday to Friday
Location: Virtual / Toronto, ON, Canada Hours

Customer Service Professionals Network (“CSPN”) is hiring a recent graduate / summer student to help support the growth of our company to provide you with an ideal employment experience for those planning a career in the consulting field.

The position encompasses administration and project tracking duties.

The successful candidate must have experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment where a high degree of professionalism, strong communication skills, confidentiality, and flexibility are required. The individual is a proactive performer that demonstrates excellent initiative and judgment on a regular basis. The ability to deal with ambiguity and handle changing and competing priorities is a must.
As a Junior Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving success and reaching objectives in a boutique training and consulting firm.

You are a dynamic individual who is quick on your feet, detailed oriented, and can handle a wide variety of tasks daily. With a flexible mindset and strong attention to detail, you always put the customer first and are technically savvy with a solid understanding of processes and project management. You are highly organized and resourceful with a “get things done” attitude and are quick to learn. Your enthusiasm, follow through, and go with the flow attitude will ensure success in your role.

Educational background:

  • College Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business or Administration

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, follow up, and communicate with clients and team members for meetings, events, and workshops
  • Maintain solid working knowledge of all company services and programs
  • Maintain confidential records and current files
  • Format, edit, and finalize project deliverables
  • Promptly and professionally respond to customer and client inquiries via email and telephone
  • Providing online/virtual support during meetings, events, workshops
  • Create and file digital invoices
  • Research and test tools/platforms
  • Provide assistance for ad-hoc business requests as needed
  • Professionally answer and direct incoming calls appropriately

 

Work experience:

  • Minimum of 1+ years related work experience through co-op or part-time roles

 

Additional requirements:

  • Previous office / volunteer experience is an asset
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized with excellent time management skills
