The health, safety, and wellbeing of our community is of paramount importance to CSPN. As we believe it is essential to take the necessary precautions related to the fluidity of COVID-19, we will be postponing our 23rd Annual CX & EX Conference scheduled for May 13-15 at the BMO Institute for Learning to a later date. We will be providing additional details soon.

In addition, all Public Workshops will be rescheduled to a later date.

CSPN has also made the unprecedented decision to have all of our office staff work remotely. This ensures that critical functions continue to operate without worry of the potential widespread illness within our offices.

We will continue to support our valued partners, sponsors, vendors, speakers, and community members affected by the postponement during this difficult time.

What precautions are CSPN taking?

At CSPN, we have been monitoring the fluidity of COVID-19 with the health and wellbeing of our community at the forefront of our mind.

At this point in time, we will be postponing all events (e.g Annual Conference, Public Workshops, etc.). As a result, we are exercising caution and taking sensible steps and advice from relevant authorities such as WHO and the Federal Canadian Government.

The CSPN Team will be taking the following measures for all and any upcoming events post situation and at the office to ensure the health and safety of all:

All staff working remotely, This ensures that critical functions continue to operate without worry of the potential widespread illness within our offices.

  • Increased cleaning and disinfecting of all high-volume touchpoints such as tables, chairs, and entrances and exits
  • Hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes will be made available and accessible
  • Any employees/delegates feeling unwell or concerned that they may have symptoms will follow these steps:
    • Self-isolate – at home
    • Seek medical attention
    • Contact the employer/organizer
  • Signage will be posted throughout the space and daily email communication and updates will be provided
  • A no-handshake policy will be in place
  • Social Distancing

Why did CSPN make the decision to postpone the 23rd Annual Conference in Toronto?

It goes without saying that Health and Safety of our customers, staff and the wider community is our number one priority and concern. With this in mind, the CSPN Team will be postponing the conference to a later date. More updates will be provided soon.

Will my ticket be transferred to this new date?

Yes, your ticket can be transferred to the new date since crediting all current registrations. If you have any questions, please contact info@mycspn.com or 905-477-5544.

What should I do if I made hotel or travel arrangements?

Please contact these organizations directly and as soon as possible since hotel and travel arrangements made for the event are your responsibility.. Due to COVID-19, many airlines and hotels are offering free cancellations or credit.

Is CSPN holding more events?
