What is the difference between an individual, corporate membership, and vendor membership?

An individual membership is for one person, whereas a corporate or vendor membership can include community access for multiple members and also include a variety of organization-wide benefits.

How do I know if my company already has a corporate membership?

You can view the list of vendor members here.

My company has a corporate membership, but I do not have an account on the Community Platform. How can I get access?

Additional membership accounts are $50 each. Please contact us at info@mycspn.com for guidance on creating an account.

Is the membership year reflective of Calendar Year?

No, your membership expires one year from activation.

How do I know when my membership is expired?

When your membership is 1-month from expiring, you will receive an email from the CSPN team with steps on how to renew your membership.

How often do I need to renew my membership?

You will need to renew your membership annually. Should you require a longer renewal cycle, please contact us for a special request.

How can I pay for my membership?

We accept payment in the form of cheque, VISA, and Mastercard.

My company purchased a corporate membership. How many individuals can attend virtual learning events and access the Community Platform?

Each membership package includes a specific number of membership account registrations. You may invite individuals in your organization to attend our virtual learning events throughout the year. The amount depends on the package you have purchased.

For example, if you purchase the Bronze package, you will have 5 membership account registrations and 10 additional virtual learning event invitations available for others in your organization throughout the year. Additional membership account registrations are available as an add on at $50 + HST per person.

How do I log-in to the Online Community?

Once registered, you will receive a welcome email from CSPN with next steps including login instructions and additional details. 

Can I transfer my membership?

At this time, we do not permit membership transfers. 

Can I use my membership discounts with other discounts?

The member-exclusive 10% discount on customized training programs cannot used in combination with other CSPN discounts.
