As a multi-faceted high-performance business leader, Lilliette Davidson has spent 15 years working in wide variety of industries from pharmaceutical, wellness, fitness, retail and manufacturing to medical diagnostics, laboratory sciences and consumer packaged goods. Lilliette has held senior level leadership roles as a Vice President, Senior Director or Director where she distinguished herself in the key areas of customer service; customer experience; digital experience; patient services operations; inside sales; commercial sales and business development. In any task that she undertakes, Lilliette demonstrates a special talent for inspiring and influencing confidence and followership in others; Most often demonstrated through creating a powerful vision & strategy for large-scale transformation and continuous improvement.
Currently, she is the Vice President, Business Management & Development, at Ontario Pharmacists Association; An organization focused on advancing the pharmacy profession as a vital healthcare provider through advocacy, innovation and support services. With more than 10,000 members, OPA is Canada’s largest advocacy organization. Lilliette will focus on growing strong strategic partnerships and developing valuable member relationships with pharmacies across Ontario.
Before joining OPA, Lilliette was Senior Director of Customer Experience & Inside Sales, at McKesson a $200Bn/78,000 employee company ranked #6 on the Fortune 500.

David Singh is an experience-driven executive who has built and lead client-facing teams in a range of Fortune 500 and mid-market companies. David has served as a corporate and organizational strategy consultant with Deloitte Inc where he helped clients navigate the financial and human capital impacts of mergers and acquisitions. David has held progressively senior roles within high-growth technology, energy, and consumer finance companies where he has built and led sales, marketing, operations, finance, and customer care teams. David is passionate about helping leaders and organizations simplify their strategy to ensure alignment between internal and external stakeholders and ultimately drive traction towards happy clients and team-members.
David holds degrees from Huron University College at Western University and the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia and is co-author of Hitting Stryde: An Early Career Gen-Y Career Survival Guide.
